St Andrews Students are entitled to the childcare fund. This is a university fund available to Scottish students and it provides a fee reduction and a scholarship
You can get financial assistance. The uni will provide scholarships and give you advise in tax filings..
There is a discretionary fund available to support students from the rest of the UK and abroad.
You may be eligible for official child benefits and the lone parent childcare grant.

The local GP can provide you with sexual health assistance and a pregnancy test. You can contact them at https://www.pipelandmedical.com or at https://www.blackfriarsmedical.co.uk
You can also get emotional support. The university provides a range of wellbeing and support services through the ASC centre.
The university and town have several nurseries available. Students receiving SAAS funds are eligible for additional financial assistance towards registered childcare.
